I can’t believe I’m doing this…

So there it is. Three weeks later. I’m putting it up there because it will be motivation to get things back in working order once I get the ok from my doctor to start exercising in a few weeks.

I think considering it looked like this not too long ago, I might be doing ok. Ross likes to point out that not it just looks like I REALLY like beer.

  1. Don’t worry I looked just like this at about 3 weeks and it was all gone soon. Then I nursed for a year and actually LOST more weight then I had gained. Now it’s slowly creeping back on. Must be time to have another baby (for me, not you!)

  4. I hear you on that motivation factor. I have 10 more pounds to go until I am back at my pre-baby weight. I have to say that the breast feeding and pumping is like magic for weight loss. However, I can’t wait until Dr. M gives me the OK to work-out again.

  5. A) No stretch marks. I’m jealous.

    2) Seriously? You JUST had a baby. You look fantastic.

Finally) It took NINE + months for your tummy to expand. Give it a wee break to return to normal.

  6. No stretch marks that you can see from that angle. I fear my belly button will never look the same again. Plus, I’ve still got the lovely “linea nigra” going on. But, well-deserved battle scars, I’d say.
