And by the pain, I mean giving up nursing. But I can relate with the growing up part... I just hadn't thought too deeply of it -- perhaps because I don't want to think about it! I do have moments of wanting to be sure to take everything in, because I know Conner changes every day and I don't want to miss anything. But I just keep thinking about how moms tell me every stage has its beautiful aspects. Sorry for the long comment!
